The bags are packed
The dishes done
The zucchini slice and meatloaf awaiting to be enjoyed
My suitcase by the door
My passport and tickets at hand
A coffee in hand before
Perth International Airport awaits me
I am already to go
I know once I click my seatbelt I will sigh a long sigh of relief
I am finally here
Ready to enjoy a holiday of a lifetime
I imagine arriving home to share my treasures, photos and videos
I can't wait!
But for now I will take time to, 'smell the roses.' and enjoy every moment
