Last week we were indulging in scrumptious local cheeses, chocolates and ice cream.  We also downed eight 100ml beer samples between the three of us.  I put on 1.5 kgs and Mel lost another 300g, a total loss of 1.6kgs in just two weeks. How amazing is Mel!   She is a woman on a mission, she likes a challenge and obviously she has risen to the occasion.  Mel's recent loss resulted in her reaching yet another goal weight.  I reward her with something fun whenever she reaches a specified goal weight.  Mel's recent reward was a voucher for a facial at Elle Bache valued at $62.  Mel hasn't had a salon facial for awhile and her skin delighted in it.  Her face was radiant and her normally reddish skin was soft, clearer and clean.  Just like an angel. Well done Mel!
